Stop eating fast food
Fast food is the main dish for American. Now, also fast food is not only common food for American anymore, it becomes a choice for many Asian people like Thailand, Japan and China. Especially in the big town or capital city we can easily find fast food shops anywhere. [Althought, fast food is not good for you.]
There are many reasons to support the fast food that people should not eat fast food. First, the price of fast food is high. We can spend less for noodles or rice but we have to pay more for one hamburger. Second, the ingredient that they use is not fresh because they have to freezed if before cooking such as the meat used for hamburger. Third, fast food does not have a balance of nutrients. It has a lot of carbohydrate and a little of fiber so if we eat fast food in almost every meal, we will get too much of carbohydrate.
However, there are some good views for fast food. First, if we are in a hurry to go somewhere and don’t have time to cook, we can buy fast food in stead because it is a quicker, Moreover, we have a lot of fast food shop now so we can find it easily. Also, fast food is convenient for us. We just spend a little time to buy and it is ready to eat.
According to the arguments, I believe that if we are not eat fast food, we not only save more money but we won’t have to eat frozen food and we won’t get fat from the carbohydra
